Cancellations and Refunds:

Online Class Learning InventModel99 Technology Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to instructor illness or other uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political unrest, pandemic situations such as COVID-19, etc).

No courses are eligible for a refund.

If a course is shared with others, used by more than one person, or if the purpose of the course purchase is found to be duplication of content, access will be blocked without refund and the account will be deleted at the same time and user being blocked.

If a student requests a repeat of an instructor-led online course of a paid course, InventModel has sole discretion as to whether to allow the student to repeat the course.

Please Note: The first party shall refer to the sole Arbitrator all disputes, differences, or questions that may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them regarding this agreement or its subject matter. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. UP will serve as the arbitration's location (Noida). All legal disputes must be resolved by the UP (Noida) courts in India.
